Wow !! Currently, we are in the very last month of the year, November was notably the month of intense grinding as the sense of urgency was evident across the organization.

Christmas season is upon us and the battle to get Q4 2022 goals over the line is noticeable across all projects.
Both Project Managers and their resources dread their projects being tagged as “AT RISK”.

To kickstart the month of November, the staff of the month award (October Edition) was an intriguing and tight face off between: Seun Orofin, Emmanuella Etuk and Success Esuola. The results of the votes portrayed the vigorous competition that exists at Qucoon. Marginal votes separated the 3 parties and Seun Orofin emerged as the winner.

Aliu aka Sexy aka Prince of Qatar aka “Fun guy” invented a more interactive approach to encourage interaction during the daily call at 9am which proved successful, although it yielded chaos as well. The Backend team, Frontend team and UI/UX team were heavily scrutinized stirring up good chaos.

‍

Last month witnessed a tremendous increase in the staff force to cater for the numerous projects. *Tolu, Damola, Shalom, AY and Moji * all began their journey at Qucoon.

‍

‍Success, Divine, LBG, Eunice and Director Drizzy organized a world class Cloud webinar which featured Val and YK in a knowledge packed 45 minutes session. As the tradition is in Qucoon, when you deliver quality, you get a “POB”.

Starting off, Chidinma and Shalom celebrated their birthdays this month. On November 19th, Chidinma seized all the oxygen in the office as she celebrated her birthday in grand style. She also acquired her bestie’s Benz key to choke us properly with elegant lifestyle. Numerous sources claimed that it was the party of the year, some explained further that all they saw that night was “bunch of women”. Special shout-out to Chidinma for taking care of the Qucoon tigers.

In order to let off some steam, the team took to iMax to watch “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”. We were not prepared for what was about to occur during the movie. Wasiu forgot to turn on the gen before the movie started which resulted in a break in transmission.

‍

Treasure Hunt 4.0 organized by Faruq and LOTA was termed “wickedness” by many because no treasure was found after days of rigorous searching. Recall that previously, Qucoon “kwins” were caught searching all sorts of ridiculous places for the treasure.

Finally, the “Qatarists” flew to Qatar for the World Cup. They watched South Korea vs Ghana live !!

A few people claimed to have seen them on TV: Aliu was drinking monster, David was winking at a South Korean girl and Anthony was with his laptop trying to deploy some codes in the stadium.

YK demonstrated again that he is “TALK AND DO”, no wonder some people call him “The 🐐”.

November was eventful and packed with mouth watering actions. Glad to have totally gotten and enveloped your attention. That would be all from us for this month.
